Approvals and Food Safety
 
Sucralose:

Sucralose has been approved for use in Food and Beverages in more than 40 countries including United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdome and China etc. It is approved by the Food and Drug Administration in India.
FOS :
FOS can be used everywhere. It has been approved GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status by USFDA

Isomalt:
The large number of published safety data supports the conclusion that the intake of  Isomalt would not be expected to cause adverse effect in humans under the conditions of its intended use in food. A petition to affirm the GRAS (Generally recognized as Safe) status of Isomalt has been accepted for filing by the FDA. Isomalt has been used in the United States since 1990.

The World Health Organization’s Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) evaluated the safety of Isomalt and concluded that there is no need for a numeric (limited) acceptable daily intake (ADI). JECFA established an ADI for Isomalt of “not specified”, the safest category in which JECFA can place a food ingredient.
